This position is a full-time salaried position with the opportunity for commission. The position reports to the Customer Service Manager. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing the current Konrady Plastics customer base.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships between customers and the company
• Resolving customer issues and complaints by collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
• Communicating requested updates for customers in a timely manner
• Coordinating customer scheduling requests for expediting with the shop floor
• Conducting at least one “Discovery Conversation/Meeting” per week with existing customer base
• Reviewing customer account activity to identify opportunities to increase sales
• Reviewing sales reports on a regular basis to determine sales strategy

Quoting and Order Entry

• Quoting customers on new or existing parts
• Following up with customers on quotes
• Processing new orders/change orders accurately
• Processing customer returns for non-conforming parts and helping drive resolution for the return

Requirements:

• High School or equivalent (College degree a bonus)
• Experience with account and project management required

Excellent attention to detail and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and with customers. Ability to work independently, learn new tasks/handle multiple tasks, solve problems, and show strong self-motivation and initiative. Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
